We’re launching a new direct sales channel—field-based, community-driven, and rooted in real human connection. We’re piloting this approach in Austin, TX. The Area Sales Manager will build and lead this channel from the ground up. You’ll recruit, train, and manage a team of 3–5 Brand Ambassadors who engage dog owners at farmers markets, community events, and other high-traffic venues. The model is simple: no product inventory on-site, no giveaways—just samples to see, smell, and touch, paired with iPad-based subscription sign-ups and genuine conversation about why Sundays matters. This role reports to the VP of Operations and is based full-time in Austin. It’s an individual contributor leadership role—you’re the person who builds the playbook, runs the floor, and holds the team accountable to results.
