The Area Sales Manager role is the primary contact for Dealer principals and key dealership managers to lead and manage change within the dealership toward the fulfillment of the Volkswagen critical targets. Under the direction of the National Manager, Sales, the Area Sales Manager is responsible for providing virtual support to all aspects in the development, and monitoring of the Area's new and used vehicle sales programs, and vehicle forecasting and allocations consistent with the achievement of our critical targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and driving sales to achieve targets. You'll guide customers through the buying process - personally, by phone, or digitally. The role covers the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You work closely with other departments to ensure that sales strategies align with company objectives.
