About The Position

AKSA Power Generation USA is seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Manager for LATAM Countries to join their team in Conroe, TX. This role requires a passion for problem-solving, enjoyment of working with a creative and diverse group of people, and the ability to take initiative to research and develop innovative solutions. The sales team is crucial for the global reach of AKSA's packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and leadership capabilities to manage a team of sales representatives. Key strengths include experience with the entire sales process, excelling in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. A quick learner with strong negotiating skills and a successful track record is desired, along with the ability to inspire high performance in others. This leadership role demands a sharp mind and the capacity to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in managing sales process
  • Sales In Power Generation, heavy machinery a plus+
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to your assigned territories.
  • Native Spanish speaking is a MUST.

  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
