iFLY is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join their team, with the mission to elevate their STEM program. This role is responsible for driving revenue through the STEM sales channel by engaging with decision-makers in school districts and non-traditional STEM markets to secure new field trips. The position is pivotal in expanding iFLY’s educational offerings and reinforcing its standing in STEM education. This is a remote position overseeing 2 or more iFLY locations. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, driven to achieve sales targets, possesses excellent negotiation skills, proficiency in outbound sales tactics, and can effectively close deals. A customer-centric mindset and the ability to build genuine relationships through consultative selling are key.
