The Area Sales Director, Cardiology (ASD) is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing Molecular Imaging commercial team focused on the growth and adoption of Bracco’s Molecular Imaging portfolio within cardiology. This role provides strategic leadership to Molecular Imaging Account Managers and partners closely with Clinical Applications Specialists to drive customer success, clinical adoption, market development, and revenue growth across the assigned geography. The ASD is accountable for achieving sales objectives, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding IDN and enterprise partnerships, and executing commercial initiatives that support long-term business growth. This leader will coach and develop direct reports, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and serve as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical Applications, and Executive Leadership. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, experience in complex healthcare selling environments, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams within diagnostic imaging, molecular imaging, cardiology, or related healthcare markets. This position will focus on the territory encompassing the Southwest region. Candidates located in this region and familiar with this territory are highly preferred.
