About The Position

The Area Sales Design Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to clients. This role involves working on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, managing relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates, and leveraging Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales. The position requires weekend work, managing a sales pipeline, planning and executing lead-generating events, and building relationships independently. The specialist will also be responsible for training others, communicating product knowledge, and ensuring Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained with updated signage.

Requirements

Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings.
Proven relationship building skills.
Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software.
