About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Area Sales Advisor to lead membership and yoga product sales across a multi-studio territory. In this role, you'll partner closely with Area, Studio, and District Managers to create extraordinary student experiences and grow our vibrant yoga community. Success in this role requires a motivated, enthusiastic approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build authentic connections that quickly convert to memberships and builds our community of loyal students. If you’re an outgoing, goal-oriented person who loves building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, community-centered environment, you’ll feel right at home here. This is a full-time position responsible for achieving monthly membership targets across multiple studios. Travel within your territory is part of the role, and you’ll need to be available for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • You’re a warm, natural connector - outgoing, optimistic, and community-minded
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in memberships or subscription-based services
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and a self-starter mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for wellness, movement, and helping others find what fuels them
  • Strong relationship-builder with the ability to create meaningful connections across diverse communities
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to remain in a stationary position, move throughout studio and event spaces, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • Customer service-minded with confidence in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong collaborator and supportive team player
  • Experience working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals

Responsibilities

  • Engage new and existing students to support the CPY experience
  • Generate and identify leads from various sources such as classes, events and studio inquiries
  • Drive membership sales through consistent follow-up, personalized conversations, and a passion for helping others
  • Responsible for achieving monthly membership targets across multiple studios
  • Support in-studio activations and local events that boost brand awareness and build connections within the community
  • Build relationships with neighborhood businesses and community partners; cultivating existing and new opportunities
  • Be the face of CPY hospitality – get to know students and members
  • Own the in-studio student experience; help direct student issues and support new students
  • Collaborate with local field leaders to maintain in studio marketing and sales materials
  • Effectively and consistently communicate within the sales department and cross-functionally
  • Become POS system expert to develop and assist instructors on how to effectively sell and use the system
