About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking an Area Sales Advisor to drive yoga product and membership sales by building relationships and providing an exceptional student experience in partnership with multiple Area/Studio/District Managers. This role requires a motivating and enthusiastic individual with an outgoing personality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport and convert leads. The position will focus on driving sales across a 2-3 studio area, with a key performance indicator of achieving 60-100 memberships per month. Some travel will be necessary to promote Core Power Yoga products across various facilities. This is a full-time position that may require working non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, mornings, and holidays.

  • Previous sales experience, 3+ years preferred, selling monthly and annual subscription products.
  • Must represent and be an ambassador for the CorePower Yoga brand.
  • Must be able to work in a stationary position, move and walk around event and office spaces, and lift occasionally up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new and existing students and facilitate the CorePower Yoga (CPY) experience.
  • Generate leads from classes, events, and studio inquiries.
  • Practice consistent follow-up to drive membership conversion.
  • Support and help build in-studio and market engagement and activations.
  • Drive brand awareness through events and relationship building with local businesses and partners, identifying new opportunities.
  • Identify top students/VIP members and consistently deliver a high level of hospitality.
  • Maintain marketing materials, including restocking flyers, removing outdated materials, and replenishing scan and referral cards.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate pertinent information to Field and Studio Support Center Leadership.
  • Be accountable for driving shared membership/student financial goals.
  • Own the student experience in the studio and assist with directing student issues.
  • Learn and utilize the POS system, and assist/train instructors on effective sales and system usage.
  • Close approximately 60-100 memberships per month.
