Harrison.ai Services
Remote

About The Position

Harrison.ai Services, in partnership with Frontier Radiology, is redefining how radiology is delivered by combining leading Radiologists with cutting-edge AI infrastructure to provide consistent, high-quality diagnostic imaging for hospitals, health systems, and their patients. As a management services organization, we don’t just deliver reads, we build the intelligent, scalable infrastructure that empowers radiologists and healthcare providers to thrive together, as part of Harrison.ai’s broader mission to transform global healthcare through AI-driven solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the Area Practice Director is a high-impact, customer-facing role responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of radiology group, hospital, and health system relationships across a defined multi-state region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients engaged with Harrison.ai Services' teleradiology services, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong radiologist coverage, and outstanding patient care outcomes. This is a remote-based position with an expectation of travel across the region for approximately one to two weeks per month. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in sales or account management, a genuine passion for healthcare, and the interpersonal skills to build trusted, long-term partnerships with some of the most important healthcare providers in the country. Experience in radiology or broader diagnostic imaging is highly regarded, though not essential — what matters most is your ability to understand complex clinical environments, identify opportunities for growth, and champion the transformative potential of AI in diagnostics.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large, geographically dispersed account portfolio with a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and self-discipline.
  • Commercially astute with experience in contract management, negotiation, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a degree of ambiguity, and able to work autonomously while remaining aligned to broader team goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the region for approximately one to two weeks per month to meet clients, attend conferences, and support business development activities.
