The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Area Portfolio Leader for Electrical Markets Division (EMD) in USAC, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Prioritizing marketing programs and aligning sales expectations to deliver growth and operating income Collaborating end-to-end with field sales, global marketing, demand planning and supply chain/manufacturing to understand the project pipeline and align resources to upcoming needs Directing pricing strategy and execution, including approving deals and deviated pricing requests Executing new product introductions (NPI), phase-in and phase-outs (PIPO) and other strategic portfolio changes within the area (USAC) in partnership with the global portfolio team Serving as the main point of contact for coordination and insight sharing between the global and area teams and with sales districts outside of EMD

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) combined years of experience in marketing, sales, channel management and/andor customer service in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business from an accredited institution
  • Ten (10) combined years of experience in marketing, sales, channel management and/or customer service in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Knowledge of EMD OEM and Locating & Marking product portfolios and its customers and market dynamics
  • Expertise with strategic price setting and management
  • Proficiency working in 3M systems (e.g., SAP, PowerBI, GDPT/Vendavo/Vistex, Horizon)
  • Skills including strong analytical/Excel capabilities, project management, experience leading cross-functional teams, and outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication

Responsibilities
