About The Position

Join Natera as an Area Marketing Manager to play a critical role in driving awareness and adoption of our cutting-edge molecular residual disease (MRD) test Signatera® for oncology healthcare providers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our suite of oncology products, including Altera™, and Empower™, that are transforming cancer care and advancing precision medicine. Reporting to the Director of Oncology Marketing, you will oversee marketing efforts in a designated region (e.g., West, Northeast, South, or Central US) to engage providers in peer-to-peer discussions about the use of MRD in oncology practice and in regional cancer centers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (B.A. or B.S.); advanced degree (MBA, M.S.) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in oncology product marketing, oncology sales, oncology medical affairs, or strategic consulting.
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor and ability to translate data into marketing action.
  • Experience in oncology diagnostics is required.
  • High integrity and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with stakeholders, and navigate a complex matrix.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presenting technical content to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with experience gathering customer insights and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and field marketing tactics.
  • Strong proficiency in Qliksense, AI and BI tools, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and Report Insights: Gather data to build reports and own metrics. Ability to translate data into action plans.
  • Collaborate Across Teams and with KOLs: Partner with Medical Affairs and Sales teams to develop and execute peer-to-peer programs in your area adapted from national marketing campaigns.
  • Customize Education: Identify the most effective channels to reach medical oncologists and surgeons and adapt national campaign messages.
