We are currently seeking a Second Shift Area Manager to support our growing operations in the Greater Evansville region. This position oversees daily activities across assigned locations and ensures our customers receive consistent, high‑quality service every night.

Requirements

• Makes sound decisions and follows through on plans
• Can give and receive feedback professionally
• Uses time management and scheduling to stay organized
• Is comfortable resolving issues and guiding team members
• Is available for Second Shift hours (4:00 PM-1:00 AM), depending on customer needs

Responsibilities

• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Train, coach, and support Supervisors and Cleaning Associates
• Manage labor hours and supply usage to stay within budget
• Recognize training needs and help identify top‑performing team members
• Deliver supplies and ensure each location is properly stocked
• Communicate effectively with your team and upper management
• Organize nightly and weekly schedules to stay on track with goals
