About The Position

Honey Bucket is hiring an Area Manager to lead field operations, develop teams, and drive performance across safety, service, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run routes, manage people, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, construction, or field service
• Experience managing drivers, laborers, or field teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willing to work in the field (ride-alongs, job sites, outdoor environments)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with routing/dispatch systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Route Supervisors, drivers, and field teams
• Manage daily operations, routing, and service delivery
• Drive performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Coach employees, hold accountability, and improve team performance
• Partner with sales to support growth and retention
• Ensure DOT, OSHA, and company compliance standards

Benefits

• $85,000 – $92,000 base salary
