About The Position

This role is responsible for the direction, management, coordination, and implementation of the client's scope of work within a designated area, in order to provide exceptional cleaning services. You will also be responsible for increasing revenue from existing clients and managing a mobile workforce.

Requirements

Available to meet client and subcontractor needs and concerns in a timely manner
Ability to work flexible shifts on a rotational basis, including evenings and nights
Willing to travel frequently within the designated territory
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and effectively problem-solve
Valid driver's license and good driving record

Knowledge of floor maintenance and cleaning procedures is an asset

Responsibilities

Participate in development and implementation plans for the client (e.g., waxing schedules, budgets, potential upsell opportunities)
Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
Responsible for training subcontractors and employees on legally required training (WHMIS, Health and Safety, etc.) and United specific cleaning training
Lead all process initiatives and work with senior management to identify trends and gaps in processes
Analyze and control store budgets, monitor operational expenses, and develop strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability at the store level
Implement new business transitions at client sites in compliance with the transition process
Support hiring/recruiting/training/performance management/termination of subcontractors
Work in compliance with health and safety policies and laws
