About The Position

Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a Manager District 1 position. Your expertise in food service operations, quality assurance, team development, and financial performance will be essential to driving success. Job Summary Job Summary: Working as a District Manager , you are responsible for multiple College and University dining accounts. You will manage and lead a team of Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to build strong client relationships are key to thriving in this position.

Requirements

Multi-Unit Healthcare Managment
Expertise in food service operations, quality assurance, team development, and financial performance

Nice To Haves

BS Degree preferred
Five to seven years of contract foodservice management experience
Higher Education background preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Financial acumen
Multi-unit experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability
Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region
Participates in the sales process to grow the region
