The Area Manager will be responsible for supervising Locate Supervisors, overseeing workload distribution, managing customer relations, and interacting with Corporate, IT, purchasing, homeowners, and the general public. This role also involves overseeing disciplinary actions, inspecting vehicles and equipment, managing inventory ordering, mentoring supervisors for performance improvement, assisting in damage resolution, interpreting reports (PDR, audits, production), and assisting in difficult locate jobs. The Area Manager must also maintain force to load requirements and conduct performance reviews for staff.
