About The Position
As an Area Manager at LSA Management, you will oversee multiple properties within your assigned region, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet company standards. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will work closely with Community Managers to align property goals with company objectives. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience in regional property management, preferably in the multifamily housing industry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Proficient in using property management software (Yardi Voyager and RealPage preferred)
- Knowledge of LIHTC and affordable housing regulations required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Travel throughout portfolio required
Responsibilities

- Work closely with Community Managers to align property goals with company objectives.
- Evaluate property performance, including occupancy trends, rent collections, and maintenance efficiency.
- Implement operational best practices to enhance resident satisfaction and asset value.
- Analyze property-level financials, control expenses, and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor budgets, forecast, and ensure alignment with ownership goals.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities to optimize NOI (Net Operating Income).
- Mentor Community Managers and on-site teams.
- Build high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and clear goal-setting.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant laws.
