About The Position
Honey Bucket is hiring an Area Manager to lead field operations, develop teams, and drive performance across safety, service, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run routes, manage people, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The role requires travel to other locations within the greater Salt Lake City Metro area as needed, including Farr West, UT and Spanish Fork.
Requirements
- 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, construction, or field service
- Experience managing drivers, laborers, or field teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willing to work in the field (ride-alongs, job sites, outdoor environments)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with routing/dispatch systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead Route Supervisors, drivers, and field teams
- Manage daily operations, routing, and service delivery
- Drive performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Coach employees, hold accountability, and improve team performance
- Partner with sales to support growth and retention
- Ensure DOT, OSHA, and company compliance standards
