About The Position

This role is the finisher. It’s past close, the home is occupied and working through situations with homeowners, so they know we stand behind our work and products. At Wisenbaker, we believe field leadership is about being present, building trust, and ensuring every project is finished strong and with the quality our name stands for. We’re looking for an Area Manager who takes pride in wrapping up projects, someone who sees challenges as opportunities, understands product care and warranties, and makes sure our builder customers feel confident from start to finish.

Requirements

• Field operations experience preferred
• Knowledge of Wisenbaker processes a strong plus
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communicator
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable making on-the-spot decisions to keep projects moving

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to leader for product and installation partnering with builders and installers to ensure the timely delivery of excellent work.
• Be the face of Wisenbaker in the installation of quality products.
• Monitor, resolve, and deliver timely results and uphold the standards that set Wisenbaker apart.
• Build strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitate, walk, troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate updates of installations.
• Verify job completion in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Communicate with internal and external customers, as well as installers to ensure solid planning and resolution of installation processes.
• Minimize discounts and resolve customer back charges.
