About The Position

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee clinic locations in the North or Central Region. This leadership role involves guiding high-performing teams, fostering camaraderie with fellow Area Managers, and promoting continuous growth through learning and development. The Area Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of daily operations for multiple geographically dispersed Retail Health and ancillary service locations. This role requires regular travel to clinics and availability during business hours, including on-call rotations. The Area Manager will have broad ownership of administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development, while maintaining the highest quality clinical and service experience for all customers and team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

Master’s degree preferred
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations.
Engage in and coach the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members.
Maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development.
Maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.
