Brown & Brown is seeking an Area Manager to join our growing team in Arlington, TX! This role involves seeking out new accounts and servicing existing accounts by helping clients choose warranty setups that best suit their needs. The Area Manager will also develop clientele by networking, interviewing prospective clients to understand their financial resources and needs, and discussing existing service plan coverage. A key part of the role is explaining necessary bookkeeping requirements for dealers and monitoring insurance claims to ensure equitable settlement. The position also requires attending meetings, seminars, and trade shows to stay updated on products and services, learn new skills, and promote company lines of business. Additionally, the Area Manager will train dealers on sales and F&I processes as needed.
