The Area Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing expenses, and directing all operational activities of a designated district, averaging 6-10 stores. This role provides leadership to deliver great customer service, ensures excellent customer experiences to maximize sales and customer loyalty, and assesses Store Managers to identify talent opportunities and their impact on store performance. The Area Manager also monitors controllable expenses, analyzes financial reports, and oversees all district store operations and personnel in accordance with company policies.
