About The Position

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated, results-driven Area Manager to lead our team in the Saginaw area. As an Area Manager, you will play a critical operational role in leading daily cleaning operations, supporting on-site supervisors and cleaning associates, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple commercial accounts. You will serve as the primary bridge between our field staff and senior management, driving quality control, team performance, and account retention.

Requirements

2+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, hospitality, or operations.
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and direct a diverse team across multiple locations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and staff.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and reliable transportation to travel between client sites in the Saginaw area.
Willingness to work evening hours or flexible schedules as operational needs dictate.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across assigned commercial accounts in the Saginaw region, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Lead, train, schedule, and mentor commercial cleaners and supervisors. Conduct regular check-ins and performance evaluations.
Perform routine, detailed site inspections to verify contract compliance and address service gaps proactively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and business owners, addressing feedback or special requests in a timely manner.
Ensure field teams have necessary supplies, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) while managing inventory efficiency.
Enforce safety protocols, proper chemical handling, and OSHA/company guidelines across all job sites.
