About The Position

Sherman's is seeking an Area Manager for their Normal, IL store. This role involves leading and developing a high-performing Appliance Sales team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. The position is hands-on, requiring the manager to coach employees, support customers, collaborate with other departments, and occasionally serve as Manager-on-Duty. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, provide real-time coaching, set a positive tone, assist customers directly, and maintain high standards while being approachable and supportive.
