About The Position

Bee Line Support is looking for an energetic, hardworking, and accomplished Area Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership skills and cleaning expertise, or for committed janitorial workers ready to advance into management. The perfect candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be reliable and friendly, and be technologically savvy. This is a full-time, night-shift position based in Schaumburg, IL, requiring 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience managing multiple locations
• Clean driving record
• Valid IL Driver’s License
• Experience in management, service industry (not necessarily Janitorial)
• Speak, read, write in English

• Experience as a janitorial worker or day porter
