About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon organization in a leadership role that blends hands-on salon management with multi-salon oversight. As an Area Manager, you’ll directly manage one salon while also supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations. This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams. Area Manager position. Great Atmosphere! Oversee 3-5 salons. Be a part of a GREAT Franchise! (Must have a valid WA State Cosmetology or barber's license.) Previous Management experience a must. Previous Multi-Unit experience a plus. Requirements

  • Previous Management experience a must
  • Previous Multi-Unit experience a plus
  • A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Commitment to collaboration and accountability with a focus on proactively seeking solutions to challenges
