The Area Manager will be responsible for managing sustainable sales performance within their assigned area, ensuring sales and profitability targets are met while maintaining tactical and fiscal integrity. This role involves creating a culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting store teams in building a loyal customer base, and acting as an advocate and role model for the Swarovski brand. The Area Manager will also manage the implementation of all Swarovski policies and procedures, work cross-functionally with various teams and leaders, and recruit, develop, and retain top talent to ensure a succession plan is in place for a luxury customer experience. Performance management standards, including disciplinary actions, employee rewards, complaint resolution, and performance reviews, are also key aspects of this position.
