About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of a portfolio of apartment communities. This leadership role is responsible for supporting onsite teams, driving property performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management operations.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Multi-site management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to community management teams.
- Drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth.
- Monitor property performance and implement operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
- Assist with budget management, financial performance, and expense control.
- Conduct regular property visits and provide coaching and guidance to site teams.
