About The Position
We are looking for an Area Manager to join our Indigo Urgent Care team and oversee our clinic locations in Gig Harbor, WA . You will also have a home base in Renton where the Indigo Urgent Care training facility is locate d . This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide high-performing teams while fostering strong camaraderie with fellow Area Managers—a supportive network for collaboration and shared success. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
- Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
