About The Position

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee clinic locations in the North or Central Region. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide high-performing teams, foster camaraderie with fellow Area Managers, and enjoy continuous growth through ongoing learning and development. The Area Manager will also have a home base in Renton at the Indigo Urgent Care training facility. This position is responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations. The Area Manager engages in and coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming healthcare through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members. The Area Manager travels to the various clinics on a regular basis and is available during business hours (including night/weekends/holidays/on-call rotation). In this role, you will maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development. You will also maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
  • Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
