Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive experience in the title and escrow industry
2+ years of direct leadership experience managing multiple locations
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to multiple branches and their teams
Develop and mentor branch managers to foster a high-performance culture
Implement sales and operational strategies to meet and exceed targets
Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Ensure consistent application of company policies and standards across all locations
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to close performance gaps
Champion customer service initiatives and resolve escalated concerns
Manage area budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Facilitate communication between branches and senior leadership
Promote a culture aligned with the company’s core values and strategic goals
