This position is responsible for implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals. They will monitor and manage productivity, maintain quality and safety standards, and identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns. The role involves supervising and developing associates and leaders, managing the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs, and overseeing systems hardware and software maintenance and installation. Additionally, the Area Manager will troubleshoot systems applications by working with the Information Systems Division (ISD) and vendors to resolve problems and support the continuing development of current and future systems applications.
