The Area Manager of Operations will lead multiple centers, develop General Managers, and drive the operational and financial performance that keeps the business growing. This role requires the ability to move easily through field leadership as well as performance data. The Area Manager will oversee operational execution, financial performance, and guest experience across multiple centers. They will coach and develop General Managers and senior leadership teams to raise operational consistency and accelerate growth. Analyzing multi-unit performance data to find improvement opportunities and implement changes is key. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives, event programs, marketing execution, and staffing strategies across their area. The Area Manager will stay present across centers during nights, weekends, and holidays to reinforce standards and support their teams, and partner with regional leaders to execute companywide initiatives and share operational best practices.
