The ExpandED Learning Area Manager is a field-based leadership role supporting assigned district contracts and ExpandED Learning sites. This role is responsible for ensuring program quality, compliance, fiscal accountability, staffing, and district/community engagement across multiple sites within a defined region. This position provides direct oversight, coaching, and support to Managers and/or Supervisors to ensure programs are high-quality, safe, fiscally sound, and compliant with Catalyst’s mission, values, and contract expectations. The Area Manager partners closely with Regional Directors to execute regional and district goals, monitor contract performance, and implement quality, staffing, attendance, and compliance initiatives at the site level. The role requires frequent travel between assigned sites throughout the week to provide consistent support and hands-on leadership.
