About The Position

We are hiring an Area Manager at our Peoria, IL store. You will lead and develop a high-performing Appliance Sales team focused on delivering great customer experiences. This role is hands-on. You’ll coach employees, support customers, collaborate with other departments, and occasionally run the store as Manager-on-Duty. The Area Manager leads from the front, coaches in real-time, sets the energy for the building, jumps in to help customers, and holds high standards while remaining approachable and supportive. This role involves balancing customer issues, coaching conversations, selling, merchandising, and being Manager-on-Duty, all while maintaining energy and positivity.
