About The Position

Loveland Ski Area is seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of ski area facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, common spaces, offices, and performing evening cleaning and reset of all facilities. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for guests and employees, with safety and fun as top priorities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable personal transportation as employee shuttles are not available for these shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of ski area facilities including restrooms, common spaces, offices, etc.
• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff during operating hours.
• Perform evening cleaning and reset of all facilities.
• Work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision to clean restrooms, floors, walls, windows, furniture, and fixtures of common areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Stock all Custodial supplies/inventory as needed.
• Gather waste, trash, and recycling from around the ski area for transport to pick-up locations.
• Assist and communicate with security on after-hours customer related issues or problems.
