About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee for Franchise Operations. This role involves directly overseeing 12-14 store locations and training employees to provide exceptional customer service. The company offers a comprehensive 12-month training program with significant career growth potential, leading to a key operational role. Successful Area Leaders can advance their careers in various directions within 2-5 years. A company vehicle is provided for business use upon appointment to a district.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees.
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment.
• The ability to multi-task, being self-motivated, performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Previous multi-unit management experience is preferred.
