About The Position

As our Landscape Account Manager, you are the bridge between our hardworking crews and our valued customers. You aren't just managing contracts; you are a Landscape Relationship Manager dedicated to property health and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Landscape Knowledge
  • Leadership Experience
  • Plants, grass, and the seasonality of landscape.
  • Experience managing teams, payroll, and purchasing.
  • Comfortable with using or learning Aspire, Dayforce, and digital reporting.
  • A clean driving record and a desire to be out in the field meeting customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a crew of 20, managing payroll and scheduling via Dayforce and Aspire.
  • Act as the Customer Success Manager for our local properties, conducting site inspections to ensure our "green" standards are met.
  • Identify property improvements and type up winning proposals to help our clients' landscapes thrive.
  • Use your knowledge of plant/turf health and irrigation to solve problems on-site.
