About The Position

Sodexo Healthcare is seeking an Area Human Resources Manager to support several hospitals for UCHealth in the Cincinnati Metro Area. The Area HR Manager will support food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors and union frontline employees. Salary range is negotiable depending on experience with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately. What You'll Do support, engage, and help retain union frontline staff, supervisors, and managers (600+ employees) in multiple locations represent Sodexo in grievance meetings, mediations, arbitrations, and labor‑management committees monitor compliance with labor laws and union contract obligations conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee concerns, misconduct allegations, and workplace conflicts provide coaching to managers on performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution identify workplace trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve morale, engagement, and retention support the resolution of employee complaints while balancing organizational needs and legal considerations What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
