About The Position

The Area Execution Manager (AEM) is a full-time, field-based working lead responsible for high-quality, on-time retail merchandising execution across an assigned market of stores. The AEM personally performs merchandising, reset, installation, and break-fix work while leading the in-store team of merchandising associates assigned to market projects. The role trains associates, models standards, directs in-store work, and inspects completed work for quality, completeness, and safety. The AEM partners with the District Manager, who owns scheduling, staffing, and personnel decisions for the market. Regular travel throughout the assigned market—and travel to neighboring markets when business needs require it—is required. The AEM performs and oversees retail merchandising activities, including resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory. The role directs project work, serves as an in-market point of contact for store management and client representatives, completes and verifies project reporting, plans daily travel, and enforces on-site safety standards. The AEM also trains and coaches associates and provides input to the District Manager on performance, development, and conduct. The position requires at least two years of relevant retail merchandising or comparable field experience, along with experience leading, training, or directing associates. The employee must be able to travel throughout the territory, work a full-time schedule that may include occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak resets, and meet the listed physical demands. Pay is USD $27.04–$28.00 per hour.
