About The Position

As our Area Director in Beatrice, you will report directly to the State Operations Director. You will be the champion of both business and programmatic excellence for your designated area. This dynamic, exempt leadership role empowers you to lead daily operations, manage budgets, nurture a dedicated team, and build meaningful partnerships within the community.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a closely related field.
A minimum of five years of experience in a related field, with at least two of those years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Knowledge of personalized service delivery, a solid grasp of licensing/accreditation standards, and the ability to demonstrate Mosaic's 7 Essential Practices of Leadership.
The ability to travel extensively and a valid driver's license to drive as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous successful experience with budget management and human resources is highly preferred.
