Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of multi-site leadership experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage operations, drive growth, and lead teams
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Knowledge of home care regulations (preferred but not required)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across South Carolina

Responsibilities

  • Lead Multi-Site Operations: Oversee daily operations across multiple branches throughout South Carolina.
  • Mentor and develop Branch Directors, Administrators, and office teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Drive Growth & Performance: Own P&L performance, census growth, and operational KPIs.
  • Partner with recruiting and sales to increase caregiver staffing and client referrals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and service areas.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experience: Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all locations.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and service outcomes.
  • Act as a leader in client relationship management and issue resolution.
  • Operational Excellence: Standardize processes while adapting to local needs.
  • Identify gaps and implement performance improvement strategies.
  • Lead regular performance reviews, team meetings, and operational check-ins.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all operations meet state, federal, and company standards.
  • Maintain readiness for audits and licensing requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality metrics and outcomes.
