About The Position

Seeking an experienced hotel HR leader with a proven ability to lead through change and drive cultural transformation in a complex hospitality environment. Balance property-specific and corporate HR priorities while executing enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives. Provide strategic support to property leadership, offering coaching, talent assessments, and development plans that build high-performing teams. Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, cultivating diverse and qualified talent pipelines through strategic partnerships and sourcing efforts. Drive equitable compensation practices and oversee annual merit review processes in alignment with market trends. Champion associate relations, leading investigations and ensuring policy compliance, ethics adherence, and timely issue resolution. Oversee compliance functions, including AAPs, CBAs (if applicable), and safety/Workers’ Compensation programs, ensuring alignment with local and federal regulations.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Multi-property and/or hospitality experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills
  • Bilingual capabilities (based on market needs)
