About The Position
As an Area Director of Human Resources Business Partner, you will drive strategic HR support across multiple venues, acting as a critical link between operations and the broader HR team. You will champion HR initiatives, foster team culture, ensure compliance, and help build high-performing teams that deliver results. Position will require travel up to 20%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice To Haves
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Support HR functions across multiple venues within the assigned region
- Partner with operations leaders on talent planning, performance, and development
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Training teams to support staffing needs
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting Levy values across locations
- Analyze HR metrics to influence strategic decisions
- Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations
