Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
  • Registered Nurse in Florida.
  • OCN certification required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.
  • Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
  • Seven (7) years of experience or more in the healthcare field or clinic/outpatient setting with knowledge of Oncology required.
  • Minimum (5) years of management experience.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with area nurse managers to address clinical staff performance concerns and ensure clinical support.
  • Collaborates with area leadership on clinical candidate screening and selection.
  • Direct oversight of assigned staff in the area.
  • Partner with nurse managers and pharmacy leadership to review and adjust clinical staffing across assigned sites as necessary.
  • Review assigned events in origami and regional event dashboards to identify trends in patient safety/quality needs.
  • Provide quarterly event trend report.
  • Partner with Risk Management, nurse managers and clinical staff to ensure timely Origami event review and appropriate follow-up.
  • Assists in the preparation of the annual area budget related to clinical services.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
