The Area Director, Enterprise Solutions, is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving the adoption of Tempus' precision medicine suite, including Treatment Selection, MRD, and Hereditary Cancer Testing. This role is a player/coach position, leading a team of 2-4 Enterprise Solutions Directors to navigate complex health system structures while personally managing 1-2 top growth accounts. Success is measured by the team’s ability to embed solutions into clinical workflows, ensuring deep technical connectivity and sustained physician engagement. Tempus was founded in 2015 by Eric Lefkofsky to bring technology and AI to cancer care, and has since expanded its platform beyond oncology to neuropsychiatry, cardiology, infectious disease, and radiology, with a mission to help patients receive the right drug at the right time for longer, healthier lives.
