The Director of Enterprise Solutions (DES) serves as the enterprise account management owner for OpenWorks’ most strategic accounts, driving growth across a defined portfolio. This role leads the full customer lifecycle – protecting revenue, strengthening executive relationships, and driving expansion. The DES acts as both a trusted advisor and commercial partner, ensuring customers see measurable value while identifying opportunities to deepen the partnership. The role also involves aligning internal teams to deliver consistent, high-impact outcomes for customers.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing enterprise or national accounts
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build relationships at multiple levels
  • Ability to translate service delivery into clear business impact and customer value
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue growth, retention, and margin
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to guide strategy
  • Strong communication skills, including leading QBRs and executive-level conversations

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall account strategy for assigned enterprise clients, including annual plans and quarterly updates
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, ensuring strong stakeholder coverage across each account
  • Drive retention by proactively identifying risks, managing escalations, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Identify, qualify, and advance expansion opportunities, partnering with Account Executives to convert growth into revenue
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including preparation, delivery, and execution of follow-up action plans
  • Manage renewal strategy and timelines to ensure successful contract continuity
  • Leverage data and insights to track performance, communicate value, and inform decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Implementation, Finance, Legal, and Sales to deliver seamless customer experience
