Area Controller
About The Position
A well-established healthcare organization near St. Charles, MO is seeking a permanent Area Controller to join their growing team. This is a full-time, on-site, direct-hire position with a schedule of Monday-Friday during standard business hours. The role involves oversight of three acute-care rehabilitation hospitals. The Area Controller will perform monthly financial reviews and prepare reviews for the state, decipher annual financial and capital budgets, and participate in the governing body and partnerships of the hospitals. Responsibilities also include approving expense purchases, reviewing accounts receivable on a daily basis, assisting in the monitoring of labor productivity, and completing weekly forecasts as requested by CEOs, regional teams, and the corporate office.
Requirements
- B.S. in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting is required
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare financial management role, such as an Account Manager, Controller, CFO, or related
Nice To Haves
- CPA or MBA is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
