Lead multiple Pizza Hut locations to success by coaching teams, developing managers, and driving operational excellence.
Requirements
- Previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accountability and integrity
- Able to travel between store locations
- Data-driven mindset with operational knowledge
- Flexible schedule availability
- Valid driver's license
- Pass background check
Responsibilities
- Support and develop General Managers across multiple stores
- Achieving store performance goals
- Conduct store visits and evaluations
- Ensure execution of brand standards and policies
- Lead recruiting and staffing efforts for assigned stores
- Identify training opportunities and deliver leadership coaching
