About The Position

Our experienced multi-unit leaders have deep functional knowledge of operational, financial, people and guest performance metrics. They maintain a quality management team in their area through recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction. Area Coaches enjoy teaching, developing, and mentoring managers and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals. Requirements

Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college
Two years multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development and rebuilds
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance
